There are two tabs of information available for each family member's history.
1) General Information
The first window is General Information and includes the relative's name, relationship, year primary illness began, the illness or disease name, click check box if your relative was receiving treatment for this illness, age at death and primary doctor, if known.
2) Notes
Use the Notes window (which is a free-form window) to provide additional information regarding your relative's health. You can add other illnesses or conditions you feel may be important for a doctor to know.
