Depending on your health status, you may find it helpful to track occurrences of symptoms. Tracking symptoms can be useful in finding a correct diagnosis to a chronic condition, or helping a doctor to prescribe medication and evaluating the effectiveness of medication or monitoring any sort of treatment.

icon_tip TIP: If you have a printed copy of a medical report, lab test or an electronic emailed copy you would like to save in your Health Profile, click on How to Save Copies of Tests.

ico_smileDo I have a symptom or a pain?

Good Question. Health Profiles tracks both so you can decide which is the primary cause of your event. If you experience more pain than other symptoms then you may wish to add a pain event. If you have a lot of pain
and other symptoms, you can add both events to you profile. Health Profiles is flexible.

This is the List Window
for symptoms. It is a columnar listing of all symptoms entered. The list displays the date and the time, and two symptoms. This window will be blank the first time you see it and before you enter any data.
