Surgery List

Enter any surgeries or medical procedures you may have had done. This is the List Window for Surgeries. This window displays a listing of surgeries or medical procedures you have previously entered. It will be blank the first time you use it.

List Window Options: Keys & Buttons

Insert Insert a new record - Add a new surgery or procedure Change Change the highlighted record. Change or update data on a previously entered surgery or procedure. Delete Delete the highlighted record. Deletes the selected record on the surgery or procedure. There is no UNDO on this option so you will need to re-enter the data if you accidentally delete it. Print Surgery Report Print a report listing surgeries. Surgery Help See Help Window if available
