Report Printing & Display Options
Return to Introduction  Previous page  Next page

There are a variety of display and print options available. Printing reports always previews the report to the screen first. This is called the Report Preview. You can preview the report, select specific pages for printing, if appropriate, print the report or cancel. In Report Preview, you can also tile pages and zoom to enlarge and reduce display size.

Zoom Options

You can Zoom
the preview from Page Width to a 300% enlargement. Using the Zoom Icon, you can click between two-sized images.

emoticonwhat2 Whoops! The printing looks funny and is not spaced right in the display. What's happening?
If the printing in Preview mode looks like a bad fit, changing the Zoom size to 100% will usually correct the problem.
The smaller font sizes will sometimes distort the display. This will
not impact the hardcopy paper print out.

Tile Mode
One of the Zoom
Options is Tile Mode. Tile Mode will display multiple pages at one time. Select Tile Mode, after the first page is displayed, click on the Across Arrow in the page number to display the 2nd and 3rd pages. The image below shows three pages displayed across. The pages will be displayed vertically if you choose the Down Arrow.
