Print Health Reports to PDF

| 1. | Select Report for PDF creation: highlight the report name from the drop down box |
| This list will include any reports available from Health Profiles.

| Using Abbreviations: Notice that each report has a 2-letter abbreviation following the report name. This abbreviation is used to identify the type of report in the file name. "BP" is short for blood pressure.

| 2. | Click to "Password Protect" and Encrypt:
|
| Click the check mark the box if this report is to be password protected and encrypted.
|
| If you wish to Upload this file to the Internet, then it must be password protected.
|
| All files stored on our secure website must be encrypted and password protected.
|
| If you wish your saved copies of the report to be secure, then click on Password Protect.
|
| If are not concerned with this level of security, do not click and check mark the Protect Box.
|

| 3. | Select Person's Data to use: highlight the name of the individual from the drop down box |
| The file name is: Health Profiles will automatically generate the report name from the data you entered in Steps 1, 2, and 3. The name will be displayed, the location of the file and if protection status.

|
| As you can see from the example above, the Blood Pressure report will be run on "Your Name", converted to a PDF format, and saved to c:\HealthProfiles\Uploads\BP_YourName.pdf. If this is not what you wanted, you can modify your entries in Steps 1 through 3. When you are satisfied with what the output will be, proceed to Step 4.

| 4. | Make PDF File. Click on the Make PDF File to create your final output.

|
| If you wish to view any of your PDF files, Click View PDF Documents.
