Adding a New Prescription or Changing Information on a Prescription

The List Window is the entry point to your prescription file. It is a columnar listing of all prescriptions you have entered on this profile. The list displays the last date filled, if it is Active or not, drug name as prescribed, the Mg Size and the Refill Reminder Date. This window will be blank the first time you see it and before you enter any data.

Quick Start: To begin to add prescriptions, click on the Insert Button to enter your first prescription. It's probably useful to have collected all your current prescription bottles.

To view information previously entered on a prescription, highlight the desired prescription and double-click.

Browse/List Window Button Options:

Insert Insert a Record - Add a new prescription Change Change the Record - Change, update data on a previously entered prescription. Delete Delete the Record - Deletes the selected/highlighted prescription. There is no UNDO on this option so you will need to re-enter the data if you accidentally delete it.
