Printing Profiles - Make Hard Copies
Health Profiles offers a variety of options for you to save, view and retrieve data. The most obvious is to print a hard copy of your profile and any related tracking or monitoring reports you maintain. Keep your printed information in a easily retrievable location and take them with you when you see your doctor. See the section on Reports for more information.
Save Copies to Disks or Drives
You can copy your files to a variety of portable small disks including diskettes, USB drives, or CDRoms. Click on Show Me the Drives for suggestions To copy your profile and other reports to media, you must first convert your reports to a PDF (Portable Disk Format) file. For an affordable suscription fee, you can upload and keep copies of your health profile data on our secure server for access from any location that has an Internet connection. What If I Want To Save Other Important Information on the Website?
If you are using our Internet Site to save your health records and your are traveling, you may want to save a copy of your passport, credit card information, ticket information, itinerary on the website. This secure site and your password protected and encrypted documents, will be accessible to you from any Internet connected location. You may want to save important legal documents such as your Advanced Care Directive, Power of Attorney for Health Care, etc.
