Plan List
| How does it work?
| 1. | For example, if Fred and Mary Smith both have the same health plan, you only need to enter plan data once. Enter data for Fred Smith's Health Plan and save the record.
| 2. | From the List Window, highlight Fred's record and click the Copy Highlighted Record button.
| 3.? | You would see 2 records listed in the window both showing Fred's name. In other words, you would have two identical records.
| 4. | In this example, you need to change the second record and put Mary's name in place of Fred's. Highlight the second record and click the Change button.
| 5. | Go to Fred's name (the Covered Person's Name) and change it to Mary's Name.
| 6. | Save the revised record or make any other changes to the plan information, if applicable, and then save the record.
| 7. | The List Window now displays two different records: one for Fred and one for Mary.

| Important to Remember and Check Out - How Did You Get Here & Where Are You?
| Let's retrace the above example. To access Plan Data, you selected Fred's Health Profile and his Emergency Contacts. You clicked on his Plan Information and entered pertinent plan information. You saved Fred's record. Then you used the Highlight & Copy button to make a duplicate of Fred's record, changed the Person Covered's name to Mary. The question is, "Where are you now?" Are you in Fred's health profile or are you in Mary's?
