You can view any file you have converted to a PDF format from Health Profiles using a PDF Reader program. The eXPert PDF Reader program is included as a convenience. You may also use Adobe's Acrobat Reader Program if you wish.

Reading PDF Saved Files in Health Profiles

1.Select View PDF Documents from the Portal Health Profiles option on the Main Menu.  
2.This will load eXPert PDF Reader program. The first time you load this program may take a few seconds, so be patient. The next time you call it up, it will respond immediately.

3. Select File > Open > Look In C:\HealthProfiles\Uploads
All of your saved files can be found in the this directory. This includes all files whether or not they are designated for uploading or for just copying and/or viewing.

4.Highlight file name: select/highlight the name of the PDF you wish to view and click OPEN.  
(If there are no PDF files listed under uploads, go to Print Health Reports to PDF Format to save files in PDF format.) The file you highlighted will be displayed in the xPert PDF Reader program. You can read and review the document as you wish.     
 
5.Print Option, Fit & Sizing Options for Viewing: Use the tool bar options to print, or better fit the document for viewing and reading.

6.Other Options - Emailing a PDF File: You may wish to email your PDF file. Be sure to review Things to Consider When Emailing Medical Information before sending an email. Load your PDF file as described in Steps 3 & 4. To send the email, click on File and select the Email Option. This options invokes your Email program, which must be installed and functioning to work.
