Lab Test List

If you are trying to diagnose a problem, or managing the administration of medication, tracking the type, date and results of laboratory tests can be extremely useful. You can show your doctor (or doctors) exactly what tests were ordered and by whom, when they were administered and by whom, and the results. Once the data it is entered, it is always there as a permanent record.

TIP: If you have a printed copy of a lab test or an electronic emailed copy you would like to save
in your Health Profile, click on How to Save Copies of Tests.

This is the List Window for laboratory tests. It is a columnar listing of all laboratory tests entered. The list displays the person's name, date of test, test name and the results. This window will be blank the first time you see it and before you enter any data.


List Window Button Options:

Insert Insert a record: Click Insert to add a new test Change Change the record: Click Change to add data or update data on a previously entered test. Delete Delete the record: Highlight the desired test and click Delete There is no UNDO on this option so you will need to re-enter the data if you accidentally delete it. Print Lab Tests Prints a report of laboratory test and results Lab Test Help See Help for laboratory tests
