Journal List of Entries

Use your Medical Journal to record anything you feel important relating to your health, your contact and relationships with your doctors and/or caretakers. Writing one's experiences and feelings about those experiences can sometimes be helpful in decision making, in resolving problems, and in making positive movement.

This is the List Window for your Medical Journal File. This window displays a listing of journal entries previously entered. It will be blank the first time you use it.

List Window Options

Insert Insert a new record - Add a new journal entry Change Change the highlighted record. Change or update data on a previously entered journal entry. Delete Delete the highlighted record. Deletes the selected journal record. There is no UNDO on this option so you will need to re-enter the data if you accidentally delete it. Print All Entries Print a copy of your journal Help See Help Window if available
