If you have not reviewed the basic information on Adding and Updating Profile Information, click here.

The General Information window includes basic contact and demographic information.

Some important things to note:
1.Once you enter your birthday, the age is automatically calculated.  
2.If you are a female and click the F in Gender, two additional questions regarding your menstruation cycle will appear.  
3.After you enter your Weight and Height, your BMI will be calculated. For more information on your BMI, click on Tell me more about the Body Mass Index.  
4.You can add data or change data in any field. So you can keep your address, email information, your weight, or marital status current.  
 
When you have completed this window, click on the Emergency Contacts Tab.


icon_tip TIP: Saving Your Data
As you enter data, be sure to save it. There is no automatic SAVE and it is up to you to protect your data. You can always go back and change data if it is not accurate. So remember to Click on the OK button.

NOTE: as you click OK and save data, you will also be exited to the LIST People window. Double-click or click CHANGE to return to entering data.
