Doctors Visits

Track the last ten doctor or dentists' visits.

1.

Select the doctor's name from the drop down box .

2.

Enter the date of the visit

3.

Enter the purpose.

What If the Doctor's Name Doesn't Appear in the Drop Down Box?
You can add a doctor or update information on a doctor's record by clicking the Doctors File button.

What Happens When I Have Over Ten Visits?
When ten visits have been completed, click the Push Down Button. The oldest visit will be deleted and there will be room at the top of the window for a new visit.
