Add or Update Lab Tests

Keeping a record of lab tests and results can be very enlightening if you are tracking treatment progress for a new or chronic illness. Sometimes just being able to track when and where you had a particular test done can be extremely important.

Enter laboratory test data in this window. There are drop down boxes for Lab Test Name

and for Ordered by Doctor's Name

. The names of all doctors you have previously entered will be displayed. Highlight the name of the doctor to select it. Lab Tests is also mini-database and will keep a record of each lab test you enter so you only need to enter a lab test once. From that time forward, use the down arrow to display the lab test name and highlight the one you want.

After you have received the results of the test, select the record from the list of lab tests, click Change and enter the results.

Cancel Button	Cancel operation; restores original information
